Carlos Llerena Aguirre: Performance with Inca Spirit at Norton Museum of Art IN West Palm Beach

On 14th October 2023, at the Norton Museum Garden in West Palm Beach FL , Carlos Llerena Aguirre performed with Inca Spirit.


Inca Spirit in Concert. Norton Museum of Art Inca Spirit was formed in Miami twelve years ago. The name carries the ancestral heritage of Native American peoples, not just the Incas. The Inca name were chosen for their spiritual values and knowledge of the earth and cosmos. These musicians carry the spirit of ancient peoples. They have previously played for over two decades with other groups in New York City, Illinois, Colorado, Washington, California, Europe and Peru. Inca Spirit se formó en Miami hace doce años.

El nombre lleva la herencia ancestral de los pueblos Nativos Americanos, no sólo de los Incas. El nombre Inca fue elegido por sus valores espirituales y conocimiento de la tierra y el cosmos. Estos músicos llevan el espíritu de los pueblos antiguos. Anteriormente ellos han tocado durante más de dos décadas con otros grupos en la ciudad de Nueva York, y en Illinois, Colorado, Washington, California, Europa y Perú.

Carlos Llerena Aguirre is a PhD candidate at Transart (2022). He represented Peru and USA with his woodcuts in the Norsk Internasjonal Grafikk Biennale, Norway. The Jubilam X Internationale Grafik Triennale, Norway and The Xylon Graphische International Triennale, Switzerland. The South Pacific  5th Bienal of Printmaking, Lima, Peru and the International Bienal of Douro, Portugal. Biennal Arequipa, Peru, Boston Printmaking Biennal. USA

He is currently a professor at the University of Miami.
