The academic year begins September 1 and ends June 1.

Payment: There is an honorarium of 500 Euros per student, per project. Payment is sent upon completion of project evaluation.  Be sure not to begin working with your student/s without a contract. Transart Institute cannot pay for travel and accommodations expenses for mentors or students. Please note: U.S. persons must complete a W-9 form for every calendar year and fax it back to: +1 (508) 682 2853
