I am a 51 year old Film and Video Artist. I have had several of my film and video works in Film Festivals here in the US. I am interested in narrative work but also work in Kinostasis which is a form of animation where I animate borrowed images. My main area in theater is Directing and Theater History. I am presently examining Theater and film in the United States 1930-1960 and The Red Scare of the 1940's and 1950's.

M.F.A Media Study 2/2005 SUNY BUFFALO
Wrote the play Antigone Again! I adapted this play to a screen play and directed and produced this work on DVD
Taught Theater History course and Directing Course for the month of September 2004 to enable Dr. Braun to direct an original Work in Warsaw, Poland.

M.A.H. Theater and Media Study 2004
Teaching Assistant to Dr. Kazimierz Braun, Theater Department. Assisted Professor in the teaching of Theater History I & II, Directing I & II, and Major Figures in Polish Dramatic Literature. Duties included assisting with daily routine of the class. I prepared and delivered lectures, tutored students, administered and graded exams, and conducted rehearsals. In addition I conduct a weekly review of materials covered via email with the entire class.
Assistant Director and Actor in Paderewski’s Children. This work was a world premier and a joint production between the University at Buffalo and the Drama Academy of Warsaw, Poland with a cast of 40 actors, actresses, and an original marionette from the Puppetry Department in Bialystock, Poland.

AWARDS RECEIVED
Produced Views from a Gas Mask 2002 Best Film Under Five Minutes at the Humboldt International Short Film Festival. Film was also a finalist and was screened at 2002 Ann Arbor Experimental Film Festival.



CURRENT PROJECTS
Light Show Daze a film chronicling a Light Show Company in Buffalo, NY in the late 60’s.
Presently researching the H.U.A.C. period in Hollywood for a possible script.
Research project on director Elia Kazan and his Theater and Film accomplishments.
