WINTER RESIDENCY OFF SITE MAKE UP ASSIGNMENT MFA

The winter residency is a required residency. In the case of financial hardship a written request can be made to the MFA director no later than December 15. Pending approval students unable to attend may fill the requirement and receive credit with the make up assignments (uploaded to Moodle blog) below: 

1. exchange of critiques with another student (assigned); 

2. a 300 word follow up to the critique given including suggested resources; and

3. 3.a 300 word response to their own critique
   

4. 4.a 300 word review of a pre-approved talk or lecture outside of the program
   

Student assignments will be made just prior to the residency and students must complete the make-up assignment by the first day of the spring semester.

Note: Full documentation of the semester’s work (which clearly represents the entire project) must be uploaded to the Moodle blog for assessment by Plymouth’s external examiner prior to the residency.
