ADVISOR SEMESTER ASSESSMENT FORMS

Please prepare off-line. Send one form for each student. Copy the text for each section into a text editing program, make your comments inline, then paste finished evaluation into form window and also into an email to your student(s).

Note: To review project documentation and the student’s approved project plan, please click on your student’s name in Moodle and it will go to your student’s blog.

All courses/modules in the MFA Creative Practice are pass/fail. Your detailed, constructive evaluation is an essential aspect of your student’s education and future practice. Particularly with studio advisements in which critique and discussion take the form of oral communication, the written assessment brings another quality of engagement highly valued by students. Finally, your evaluation enables the institute to understand your student’s progress and to be more supportive influence of it.
